Returns & Refunds

At EIS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or personalized reasons (e.g., perishable items, custom products, or intimate home goods).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the product is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product or another item of equal value:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a replacement order.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • We will provide instructions to return the item and arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by EIS LLC.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned according to our return policy.
