  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options depending on your location:

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions. Terms for free shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at pateaujosias@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Certain remote areas or regions may have limited shipping options or additional delivery times.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses for some carriers. Please provide a physical address.
